"This just didn’t work for me..."
This just didn’t work for me. It wouldn’t fit right around my crown and felt uncomfortable. I reached out to support, but they couldn’t really sort it out, so yeah, I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

"It was just okay for the price"
It worked fine enough, but i didn’t feel like it was worth buying again. It wasn’t terrible, just not something I’d spend my money on a second time.

I got charged for a subscription that I didn’t realize was starting. The wording or timing just wasn’t clear enough, and it feels like this could’ve been easily preventable with a better heads-up before the charge went through.

"Not sure it was right for me"
I tried Smylelabs thinking it would be totally fine, and maybe I’m just being overly sensitive, but after a few uses my teeth started feeling a bit weird. They felt kind of rough and more sensitive than usual, so I got nervous about keeping up with it. It might work great for other people, but for me it didn’t really feel enamel-friendly. I ended up stopping quickly because I just didn’t feel comfortable continuing.

"Confusing app and too much waiting"
This app just wasn’t for me. It felt messy and confusing, and I kept getting lost trying to figure out where things were. What made it even more annoying was having to sit around waiting in a queue on top of that. After a while, I just got frustrated and gave up.

I couldn’t even finish it. The flavor tasted weirdly chemical to me, and whoever decided this formula was ready really missed the mark. It left a nasty aftertaste that stuck around way too long. Definitely not for me.

I really wanted this to work, but it made my gums sore and just didn’t feel comfortable at all. I also got inconsistent answers when I tried to figure out if that was normal, which was frustrating. Overall, not a great experience for me

I ordered from smylelabs.com because the site made it seem like shipping would be quick, but that was definitely not my experience. My package basically just sat there for days with no real updates, and I kept having to check the tracking myself like anything was going to change.
By the time it finally showed up, I wasn’t even excited anymore. I feel kind of stupid for trusting them in the first place, especially when they made it sound so simple and fast. I won’t be ordering from them again.

"Checkout felt chaotic and rushed"
I had a frustrating time trying to order from smylelabs.com. I was already in a bit of a hurry, and the site being slow made it worse. Pages kept shifting around, and when I changed items in my cart, it didn’t update properly. I ended up refreshing a few times just to figure out what was actually in there.
The checkout process was confusing too, and for a moment I wasn’t sure if my order had even gone through. It felt messy and stressful when I just wanted to get it done quickly. Definitely not a smooth shopping experience, and I don’t think I’d bother trying again.

"Somehow Got the Wrong Stuff Twice"
I ordered two items and somehow got the wrong ones not once, but twice. At this point I’m starting to wonder if there’s a secret warehouse algorithm messing with me on purpose. Mistakes happen, sure, but twice in a row feels a little too suspicious. Just wanted the things I actually ordered

"Awkward and uncomfortable"
I felt kind of embarrassed wearing these because the trays were way too bulky and didn’t sit right on my teeth. I kept having to push them back into place, which was annoying and made me feel super awkward. They just weren’t comfortable at all.

The whole experience was really confusing and not explained well at all. I kept feeling like I was missing important details, and anytime I tried to get clarification, I ended up being transferred to someone else. By the time I finally got an answer, I was already frustrated. It just felt way more difficult than it needed to be

"Decent overall, but shipping updates could be better"
I ordered from Smylelabs and my package did show up, just a little later than I was expecting. The product arrived fine, so no major complaints there, but the tracking barely updated for a few days and I wasn’t really sure what was happening. Compared to some other sites I’ve ordered from, their delivery communication isn’t quite as smooth. Overall, not a bad experience, but they could definitely improve on timing and keeping customers updated

I tried to return my order and get a refund, but the whole process took way longer than it should have. The replies I got weren’t very helpful either, which made it even more frustrating. if this is how returns are handled, I’ll probably take my business somewhere else next time

"Feels like they cut corners on purpose"
I really wanted to like this kit, but right away it felt cheaply made. The trays were awkward to use, and the way everything is supposed to fit together just seemed weirdly overcomplicated, like someone designed it on a Friday afternoon and nobody bothered to test it.

For the price, I expected something sturdier, but a few parts felt flimsy and like they’d wear out fast. it kind of feels like one of those products where they make it just good enough to sell, but not good enough to last, so you’ll have to buy another one later. I wouldn’t get it again.

The staff seemed friendly enough at first, which I appreciated. That said, customer service took way too long, and when I finally got help, it didn’t feel especially useful. I do think they were trying, so I’d be willing to give them another chance, but the support process definitely needs improvement.
